Hello and Welcome!
I started my real estate company in Sept 2014 in Atlanta Ga. and God has done amazing things in a very short time. At the end of 2019, with seven profitable fix and flips and three successful airbnb's, I am settled in Tallahassee FL. I am close to my Mom and love spending this precious time with her. I love being close to the coast and southern Georgia and I also love the privilege of being licensed with Ketcham Realty Group in Tallahassee FL and Thomasville GA.
How I got started......I was always attracted to what I affectionately call junk houses, and have bought quite a few that my friends thought I was nuts to have purchased, BUT when they saw the completed vision they understood. I see the beauty and value in properties that others can't see. So after ten years as a real estate investor, I made my passion my business, achieved my real estate license and went into property investment and real estate full-time. My past experience of twenty+ years in commission radio-advertising sales, ten years of flipping houses and managing rental properties, and finally two years at Floor & Decor learning design and sourcing materials, has all come together brilliantly!
