I started my real estate company in September 2014 in Atlanta Ga. and God has done amazing things since then. Unexpectedly moving me back to Florida where I could be close to family and care for my old folks was such a blessing!!! I have made my home and business in North Florida and am so very grateful. With the Lords’ help and lots of hard work, I have a successful short term rentals business and a pretty good purchase, design, fix and flip business. I love taking a property that no one sees the value in and making it gorgeous again. I also love helping families find or sell a home they love or an investment property. Real estate is such an incredible investment. After 25+ years in the media business selling air, (radio advertising) it is an honor and a privilege to buy and sell land and homes that people make beautiful memories in and create financial wealth and security with. I am close to my Mom and love spending this precious time with her. I love being close to the coast and southern Georgia and I also love the privilege of being licensed with Realty Hub in Florida and Georgia.

How I got started......I was always attracted to what I affectionately call junk houses, and have bought quite a few that my friends thought I was nuts to have purchased, BUT when they saw the completed vision they understood. I see the beauty and value in properties that others can't see. So after ten years as a real estate investor, I made my passion my business, achieved my real estate license and went into property investment and real estate full-time. My past experience of twenty+ years in commission radio-advertising sales, ten years of flipping houses and managing rental properties, and finally two years at Floor & Decor learning design and sourcing materials, has all come together brilliantly!
